Facility Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Diamond Club Athletics! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and efficient experience for everyone, please review and adhere to the following terms and conditions when using our batting cage and training facility.

1. General Rules

·        Age Requirements: All users under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have a signed waiver on file.

·        Safety Gear: Helmets and other protective gear must be always worn while using the batting cages. Users must bring their own gear unless otherwise provided by the facility.

·        Proper Attire: Appropriate athletic clothing and footwear must be worn at all times. Metal cleats are not permitted inside the facility.

·        No Food or Drinks: Only water and sports drinks are allowed in designated areas. No food or other beverages are permitted in the training areas or batting cages.

2. Booking and Usage

·        Reservations: All batting cage sessions and training facility usage must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

·        Time Slots: Please arrive on time for your booked session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund or extension.

·        Session Duration: Batting cage sessions are scheduled in 30-minute/60-minutes increments. Training facility usage is scheduled according to the booked program or service.

·        Supervision: Users are expected to always follow instructions from facility staff. Children under the age of 9 must be always supervised by an adult.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

·        Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept [Zelle, Venmo, apple pay, e.g., credit cards, debit cards, etc.).

·        No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, as outlined in our cancellation policy. –

·        No Transfers:  Sessions and bookings are non-transferable. Credits cannot be transferred to other users or applied to different services.

4. Conduct and Behavior

·        Respectful Conduct: All users must treat others with respect and courtesy. Any form of bullying, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal from the facility without a refund.

·        Facility Care: Users must respect the facility and equipment. Any damage caused by improper use will be the financial responsibility of the user.

·        No Alcohol or Drugs: The use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any other intoxicants is strictly prohibited on the premises of under the age of 21. Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the facility.

5. Liability and Waivers

·        Assumption of Risk: All users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with baseball and softball training and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred while using the facility.

·        Waivers: All users (or their legal guardians if under 18) must sign a waiver of liability before participating in any activities. No user will be allowed to use the facility without a signed waiver on file.

·        Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, users authorize facility staff to seek medical assistance as deemed necessary. Users agree to bear any costs associated with such emergencies.

6. Facility Maintenance and Closures

·        Scheduled Maintenance: The facility may be closed periodically for maintenance, repairs, or special events. Users will be notified in advance (via social media or email), and any affected bookings will be rescheduled. –

·        Unscheduled Closures: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages, severe weather), the facility may close without notice. In such cases, affected bookings will be rescheduled.

 7. Privacy and Data Use

·        Personal Information:  We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking or registration will be used solely for the purposes of facility operation and communication.

·        Photography and Recording: Users consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in advance.

 8. Policy Updates

·        We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users, and continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Merchandise and Retail Policy

·        All sales are final

·        No Refunds or Exchanges

·        No exceptions: This policy applies to all retail and merchandise sales with or without exception. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.
