Batting Cage Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Diamond Club Athletics, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our customers. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have implemented the following policies regarding late arrivals, no-shows, rescheduling, and refunds:

1. Late Arrival Policy - 15-Minute Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this time frame, we will accommodate you for the remaining time of your booked session.

 -Beyond 15 Minutes: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to fit within your scheduled time slot, and no extra time will be added. The full session fee still applies.

No Extensions: Due to high demand, we are unable to extend your session time beyond the originally scheduled end time if you arrive late.

 

2. No-Show and Rescheduling Policy - No-Show: If you fail to show up for your batting cage session and do not notify us in advance (24 hours), your booking will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the session fee will be forfeited.

Same-Day Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule on the day of your booking, it will be treated as a no-show, and the full session fee will be forfeited.

- Advance Rescheduling: To reschedule without losing your payment, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. We will then work with you to find an alternative time slot.

3. Prepaid Sessions and Refund Policy - No Refunds or Exchanges: All prepaid/upfront batting cage sessions/bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a session is booked and paid for, no refunds or exchanges will be provided, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

- Forfeiture: Failure to adhere to the cancellation and rescheduling policies will result in the forfeiture of the prepaid amount. 

4. Emergencies- **Consideration: ** We understand that emergencies can occur. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, offer a one-time exemption from the no-show or late cancellation policy.

6. Policy Enforcement- **No Exceptions: ** The above policies are strictly enforced to ensure fairness to all customers. Please understand that once a booking is confirmed, we reserve that time slot specifically for you.
